Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party networks, internet service providers, or force majeure events.<\/p>\n<p>\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500<br \/>\n4. ACCEPTABLE USE<br \/>\n\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500<\/p>\n<p>You agree NOT to use Zvonex services for:<br \/>\n\u2014 Spam calls, robocalling, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws<br \/>\n\u2014 Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities<br \/>\n\u2014 Harassment, threats, or abusive communications<br \/>\n\u2014 Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws<br \/>\n\u2014 Impersonating individuals or organizations<br \/>\n\u2014 Reselling services without prior written authorization<\/p>\n<p>Zvonex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500<br \/>\n6. Prices are listed on zvonex.com and may change with 30 days notice.<\/p>\n<p>Payment: Payment is due in advance for subscription plans. Usage-based charges are billed monthly.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to info@zvonex.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and consumed usage credits are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
