Zvonex provides cloud-based VoIP telephony services including SIP trunking, virtual phone numbers, cloud PBX, and related communication solutions. Our services are operated globally through zvonex.com.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for or using Zvonex services, you confirm that:
— You are at least 18 years of age
— You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
— You will use our services in compliance with applicable laws
— The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. SERVICES

Zvonex provides:
— SIP trunking for business and call centers
— Virtual phone numbers in 150+ countries
— Cloud PBX and IVR systems
— Predictive auto-dialer solutions
— CRM integration services
— 24/7 technical support
Service availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party networks, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use Zvonex services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:
— Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
— All activities that occur under your account
— Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use Zvonex services for:
— Spam calls, robocalling, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
— Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
— Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
— Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws
— Impersonating individuals or organizations
— Reselling services without prior written authorization
Zvonex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Billing: Services are billed according to the plan selected at registration. Prices are listed on zvonex.com and may change with 30 days notice.
Payment: Payment is due in advance for subscription plans. Usage-based charges are billed monthly.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to [email protected]. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and consumed usage credits are non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Late payment: Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days of non-payment.

7. FAIR USE AND TRAFFIC QUALITY

Zvonex services are provided for legitimate business communication. Unlimited or high-volume plans are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate traffic that:
— Exhibits abnormal patterns suggesting fraud or abuse
— Causes network congestion affecting other users
— Violates carrier or regulatory requirements

8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Zvonex services complies with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including:
— Laws regarding call recording and disclosure requirements
— Do-not-call regulations
— GDPR and other data protection laws
— Outbound calling restrictions

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, and technology on zvonex.com is the property of Zvonex and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zvonex shall not be liable for:
— Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
— Loss of profits, revenue, or data
— Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
— Third-party actions or content
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. CHANGES TO SERVICES AND TERMS

Zvonex reserves the right to modify services or these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Zvonex may immediately suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
