Corporate IP telephony questions answered
Clear answers about connection, number porting, reliability, security and integrations.
Connection and number porting
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Portability depends on the country, number type and current carrier. We verify availability before the project and propose a safe transition plan.
Do we need to replace the current PBX?
Not necessarily. A PBX that supports standard SIP can often be connected through a SIP trunk while keeping existing internal processes.
How long does launch take?
A simple setup can be prepared in one business day. An international or integrated setup requires a dedicated plan after discovery.
Reliability and security
What happens if the primary route is unavailable?
Backup destinations are configured in advance: another carrier, a mobile number, voicemail or an alternative queue.
How are accounts and calls protected?
We use access restrictions, strong credentials, limits, anomaly monitoring and controls for international destinations.
Can calls be recorded?
Yes, where permitted by applicable law and company policy. Retention and access rights are agreed separately.
Features and integrations
Can we connect a CRM?
Yes. Available features depend on the CRM and may include customer cards, call logs, recording links, pop-up notifications and automated tasks.
Does it support remote employees?
Yes. Employees can use a softphone, mobile application or supported IP phone from approved networks.
Are management reports available?
Reports cover inbound and outbound calls, missed interactions, queues, duration, workload and service quality.
