How to connect business voice with ZVONEX
From the first enquiry to an agreed rollout: describe the requirement, assess compatibility and test calls. This is a planning sequence, not a promise of instant activation or a fixed delivery time.

Define the business scenario
Explain whether the requirement concerns sales, customer support, branches or a distributed team. Identify where callers work and where their conversations need to reach. Separate distinct scenarios because their routing and availability requirements may not be the same.
Nominate a business owner and a technical contact. The business owner defines the desired outcome; the technical contact explains the current environment. Keeping both roles visible prevents configuration discussions from drifting away from the reason for the project.
Review the starting environment
Provide the name and version of the PBX or calling application, its hosting arrangement and the availability of an administrator. Explain which existing behaviours must remain intact, such as extensions, queues, schedules or CRM workflows. Compatibility of a particular arrangement requires confirmation.
Do not include passwords, tokens or full customer databases in an initial enquiry. A system description and an anonymised outline are sufficient for preliminary planning. Agree a secure method separately if access parameters are required later.
Agree parameters and acceptance checks
Before a test, define call direction, expected simultaneous load and the checks that matter to the business. Replace a vague request for everything to work with concrete observations: connection, two-way audio, call termination and the required operational scenarios.
Make test calls within the agreed scope and time window. Record the call time, system and observed outcome without collecting unnecessary personal information. Clear observations help distinguish a configuration defect from a requirement that was never included in the test.
Plan the production transition
Agree rollout after testing. When replacing a working setup, identify the transition window, responsible contacts and a way back to the previous configuration. One successful test call is not a reason to disable an established phone system immediately.
Keep the agreed parameters and a record of checked scenarios. A change in destination, load or team structure may require another assessment. Treat the initial test as evidence for its defined scope, not proof that every future use case has already been covered.
Before you send an enquiry
Does a country guide guarantee live availability?
No. Confirm destination availability, service parameters and any restrictions for your particular requirement before launch.
Do I need to share passwords?
No. Start with a description of your system. Agree any necessary access separately using a secure method.
Where can I ask about another destination?
Use the website contact page and list the countries and call scenarios you need.
Next steps
Discuss the project
Send a concise outline of your requirement so the next discussion can focus on the details your project actually needs.
